In August, Render it Oz exhibited at the Herald Sun Home Show at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The show attracted more than 34,000 people over four days and we were lucky to show people what it is we do to those looking to transform their home.

This year, we were joined by Rockcote Australia who sent along, Tony Thorogood, Natural Materials Manager and Sean O’Brien, Vic/Tas/SA Manager for who so graciously gave of their time and knowledge to talk to show goers about the natural products we apply.

Over the course of four days we must have spoken to thousands of people about house rendering, interior rendering, Tadelakt, Venetian plaster, lime plasters, concrete look feature walls and Japanese plasters.

The growing interest in these products is phenomenal and we are really excited to be at the forefront of this rendering revolution in Victoria.

We also sent out hundreds of copies of our Tadelakt ebook – A Beginners Guide to Tadelakt for Builders, designers and renovators. to showgoers wanting to learn more.
The guys at Rockcote were able to put their product range front and centre and the amount of times we heard people asking where they could get their hands on the materials was encouraging too.

The Tadelakt e-book
Render it Oz wrote the Beginners Guide to Tadelakt ebook and debuted this at the show. The feedback we received while at the home show was extremely positive and the amount of times people walked past our beautiful Tadelakt wall and rubbed it was crazy! Needless to say, hundreds of e-books were downloaded by home show visitors and we are expecting this finish will become more popular as more and more people seek an alternative to tiles.
