Relocating from its home in Healesville, Victoria to the seaside town of Geelong, White Rabbit Brewery now resides in the old Valley Worsted Woollen Mill, sitting side by side to Lion Brewery’s other brewery, Little Creatures.

In 2015, extensive renovations to the building were undertaken in order to accomodate the new brewery and eatery and Render It Oz contracted to install the incredible Tadelakt bathroom finish shown in Diamantina colour.

Taking more than three weeks to complete, the biggest feat for Artisan Gorni Cahani was applying Tadelakt on the huge entrance wall which needed to be applied in one go so as to keep the natural aesthetic and seamless look.

Render it Oz brought in help from fellow Victorian natural artisan, Nathan Dunlop for this project and would like to thank and acknowledge him for helping making this project a success.

White Rabbit’s new HQ features a beer tasting room, a store showcasing regional produce such as charcuterie, olives, cheese and preserves to eat on-site or take home, and a barrel hall, where the brewery will experiment with barrel-ageing and blending.
