TOWNHOUSE TRANSFORMATION – INNER CITY RENDER PROJECT

Fitzroy, Victoria: Like many Georgian houses in this area, these double semi townhouses were looking tired and in need of a facelift.

 

Render It Oz were first introduced to the clients to help with repair work on the side of the building and internal cracking which were taking place due to subsidence.

 

The neighbours then got together to work with Gorni and the team at Render it Oz to transform the outside of the building and breathe new life into the building.
